You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jl96b will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
You must notify jl96b customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account. jl96b will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, unless caused by jl96b's gross negligence.
Each Account may only be used by the registered Account holder. Permitting a third party to access or operate your Account — even temporarily — is a violation of these Terms. All activity conducted through your Account credentials will be attributed to you as the registered Account holder.
jl96b accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven bills payment, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Peso for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction in the Cashier.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of request submission for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.
All transactions on jl96b are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). For USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals, conversion rates are applied at the time of transaction at the prevailing market rate displayed in the Cashier.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or disconnection during a game round, jl96b reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's Wallet. You are solely responsible for all bets placed using your Account credentials. jl96b does not accept claims arising from bets placed due to unauthorized access where the Account holder failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.
